Qualified Teacher – Dorchester
Location: Dorchester, Dorset
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent or Long-term Supply
Pay: £120 – £140 per day (depending on experience and pay scale)

This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives in a supportive environment and is eager to make a positive impact in the classroom—whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT.
The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
- Monitor pupil progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching accordingly.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential.
- Strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A proactive, reflective approach to teaching and learning.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every child.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
