Teacher – Flexible & Ongoing Roles in Dorchester

Location: Dorchester, Dorset
Contract: Ad hoc / Supply basis (with potential for long-term opportunities)
Hours: Flexible – full days, part days, or short-term blocks
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as available

We’re looking for inspiring educators to join our friendly team, providing day-to-day, short-term, and long-term cover across local primary and secondary schools.

About the Role:

  • Deliver creative, engaging, and well-structured lessons that inspire learners

  • Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and school settings

  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  • Uphold the highest standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding

‍ About You:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Confident teaching across key stages (EYFS, Primary, or Secondary)

  • Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about making a difference

  • Flexible and open to varied teaching experiences

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
