Teaching Assistant- Full Time- January 2026 Start- Coventry based through school
Teaching Personnel are in collaboration with a forward thinking, independent school for children aged 7-18 to appoint a teaching assistant to support the children within the school. The school are seeking people with initiative who are ready to embrace the ethos of the school and who are ready to work in an environment where they will thrive!

Important information:
Location- Coventry, CV1
Hours- Full Time, Mon- Fri, term-time only (8:30- 15:15)
Rate of pay- £90-95 (dependent upon previous experience)
Start date- January 2026- applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP!
Person Specification:
- Recent experience as a learning support assistant/teaching assistant or a similar role
- Genuine passion for working with students aged 7+
- Previous experience working with children or young people in different education, sport or care settings
- Transferable skills and ability to fit into a team well
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Promote a positive working environment showing professionalism and integrity at all times
- Maintain a high standard of work across all areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
