Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a number of primary schools within the Salford Diocese, providing tailored intervention packages, teachers and support staff.

We are currently working in partnership with a number of schools across the Diocese and as such are actively recruiting Teachers and Teaching Assistants to work in these schools and raise pupil attainment. The schools we work with are situated in Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham and Salford. Experience of working in a Catholic School is of an advantage, but is by no means essential - applicants will be required to embrace the school's ethos and support the Catholic Faith.

At Teaching Personnel we have a Continued Professional Development collaboration with St Patrick’s Roman Catholic High School ‘Train with the Best - Your Journey to Outstanding Teaching’. With a wide variety of CPD delivered to Teaching Personnel candidates (primary and secondary) by SLEs, this partnership will ensure our teachers and learning support staff are skilled and ahead in their profession

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
