Year 2 Teacher - Full Time - Burton on Trent

Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated and confident teacher for a role with one of our partnership school based in Burton-on-Trent. This is a full-time, long term position starting from September 2019 up until September 2020.

The schools main priority is to develop the full potential of every child to thrive in a changing world. They are looking for an experienced teacher to join the school and encourage children to do their very best.

The school staff work together to make the school a vibrant and inspiring place which offers the children a rich and varied range of experiences. They aim to open children's minds, offer them the opportunity to experience the rich cultural environment that we live in as well as letting children know that it is alright to make mistakes and that we learn by taking risks.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Relevant experience teaching within KS1 (Preferably Year 2 experience) who can do prep, planning and carry out assessments.
  • PGCE (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of the curriculum
  • Enhanced DBS on the online update service
  • Right to work in the UK
  • 2 relevant references that we can approach
  • A confident approach, knows how to adapt well in different situations
