This Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' school, is looking for an experienced Year 1 teacher to join the team. The role will be on a full time basis until the end of the Academic year.
The school is based in Rochdale (OL12) and is larger than average. The children are very well behaved, highly motivated and self disciplined learners. Staff morale is high and there is an excellent support system in place. The Head teacher is ambitious and determined and ensures that all staff members have the highest of expectations of pupils. Attainment levels in the school are currently exceptionally high and are well above the National Average.
The role will be a full time teaching role in the Key Stage 1 department, with a lovely Year 1 class. The Head teacher is looking for someone with a bubbly personality who is able to meet the standard of teaching. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, prepare and deliver stimulating and challenging lessons that keep young pupils engaged in classwork and ensure that they continue to develop their social and academic skills.

- Can provide appropriate challenges for pupils
- Are able to confidently build respectful relationships with both pupils and staff
