Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a Y1 teacher to work in Mexborough. The school can accept both Newly and experienced Teachers and the school can support an NQT induction.
You must be able to teach KS1 to a high standard, confidently prepare, deliver and evaluate lessons and class work, be organised, adaptable and dedicated to creating an interesting classroom environment.
The suitable Teacher will be able to demonstrate a range of behaviour management strategies and teaching skills. Experience in building teacher-student rapport and in motivating students from a variety of different backgrounds will be essential to experiencing success in this role. This role would suit an experienced teacher who is looking to develop their career or an aspiring NQT hoping to build experience at KS1. There is a strong management structure in school with a focus on maintaining high standards
