Upper Primary and Secondary Behaviour Assistant

Job description

The school caters for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH) as well as other difficulties including ADHD and Autism. This specialist provisions is looking for enthusiastic team players who enjoy a challenge.

Having experience in supporting children who display challenging behaviour or have a variety of SEN is not essential but beneficial to fully flourish within this role. However, experience of a Sporting background in coaching or teaching would be desired but not essential. They're looking for someone to work in the classroom assisting with educational curriculum but to also help assist with sports based lessons and projects.

Our ultimate goal is to find you long term, full time work within specialist provisions.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
