Pay: £89.38 per day

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll:

• Work closely with teachers to support students with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and social, emotional and behavioural challenges.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to ensure all learners can thrive.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Gain valuable classroom experience to support your future career in teaching, youth work, or psychology.

You don’t need a teaching qualification—just the drive to make a difference. We welcome people from backgrounds such as:

• Sports coaching (football, rugby, boxing, martial arts)
• Psychology, counselling, or youth work
• Social care, health care, mentoring, or support work
• Armed forces, police, or cadets
• Teaching assistant or classroom support roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
