Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm
Pay: £89.38 per day
Full time start Date: 17th November 2025 (until the end of the academic year 2026) / Part time / Flexible days available

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll:
- Work closely with teachers to support students with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and social, emotional and behavioural challenges.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to ensure all learners can thrive.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Gain valuable classroom experience to support your future career in teaching, youth work, or psychology.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need a teaching qualification—just the drive to make a difference. We welcome people from backgrounds such as:
- Sports coaching (football, rugby, boxing, martial arts)
- Psychology, counselling, or youth work
- Social care, health care, mentoring, or support work
- Armed forces, police, or cadets
- Teaching assistant or classroom support roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
