Job Opportunity: Unqualified Teaching Assistants – SEN Support
Location: Gloucestershire, GL2 / GL14, GL51

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join our team and support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a college setting.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students with SEN access their learning and thrive in a supportive environment. While formal qualifications are not required, any experience or skills related to working with SEN students or in education will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN

• Assist teaching staff in delivering tailored educational activities

• Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment

• Support students with day-to-day tasks and personal development

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in supporting young people with SEN

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Ideally, a valid driving license and access to a vehicle (to support flexible working arrangements)

• Previous experience or relevant skills are a plus but not essential
