Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for the next generation of Teaching Assistants for the 2025/2026 academic year! We’re seeking energetic, empathetic, and committed individuals to support students with special educational needs (SEN), including those with mental health needs, communication challenges, emotional or behavioural difficulties, and physical disabilities.

Whether you're already working in education or considering a move from a sports coaching background, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people aged 5 to 16. ‍

What the Role Involves

• Supporting students with SEN both one-on-one and in small group settings

• Working alongside teachers and support staff to enhance learning and well-being ✨

• Building trusted relationships to help students feel safe, included, and supported ❤️

• Assisting with classwork, activities, and personalised learning interventions

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills ️

• A background in sports coaching – desirable but not essential ‍♂️⚽

• Experience with SEN or challenging behaviour (personal or professional) is a bonus

• Previous school experience is welcomed but not required – enthusiasm matters most!
