Pay: £89.38 per day (£13.75 per hour)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping students thrive in a school environment by:

• Supporting pupils with a range of needs (educational, emotional, behavioural)
• Assisting in lessons and encouraging positive participation
• Providing 1:1 or small group support when needed
• Helping students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn
• Working closely with teachers and other school staff

Experience working with children (in any setting—sports, youth work, care) is highly valued, but not essential.

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales (guidance provided)
