Full-Time Support Worker (Unqualified) – Primary School | Ferndale
£89.38 per day (equivalent to £13.75 per hour)

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in the classroom by:
- Supporting the teacher with daily learning activities
- Providing targeted help to pupils with additional needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD)
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Offering one-to-one and small group support when needed
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re open to individuals who:
- Are caring, patient, and great with children
- Bring transferable skills from sectors like care, youth work, hospitality, or customer service
- Want to break into education and gain experience in a school setting

- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Two professional references from the last 24 months

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
