Teaching Personnel are providing a number of local Schools with tuition, the Schools often cater for pupils who have SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, ODD and Learning Difficulties. The Schools often require tutors to work both on and off site and provide 1:1 tuition for pupils in the Lancashire area. You will often be asked to provide tuition in the 3 core subjects and often, functional skills. Whilst you don't have to be a subject specialist in these subjects, the School will expect you to provide your own lesson plans and preperation. 

The candidate will need to be; a hard working, empathetic, resilient and enthusiastic Teacher, or HLTA's with teaching experience will be accepted too. 

The candidate must be willing to work with pupils who are challenging in their behaviours and/or have experience supporting children who have SEN. 

The role(s) are often part time and you will be paid on an hourly basis, GBP20 - 26 per hour dependent on experience! 

The Schools often require tutors heavily between November - April and therefore, Tutors can often fill their diaries with more than one pupil.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
