In addition to offering a more flexible work balance and the ability to manage your own diary, with competitive rates of pay, one-to-one tuition provides pupils who struggle to engage with a more effective and personal approach to their learning, tailored specifically to support their needs.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate and feel they can effectively engage these pupils with their learning, helping to boost their knowledge and understanding of Maths and English in particular, bridging the gap and allowing them to excel.
We are seeking candidates with the following:

- Have or would be willing to obtain a valid DBS
- Confident in teaching core Maths, English and cross-curricular subjects across key stage 3 and 4
- Have experience of working within an SEN environment, working with pupils with complex needs and LAC children

- Consider themselves to be both flexible and adaptable

- Find it rewarding to make an impact and better the learning experience for pupils that struggle to engage
