This is an immediate full time start for a talented individual to join our Education Recruitment Agency as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. In addition to uncapped commission from your first day, we offer a starting salary of 20k+, which is reviewed every 3 months enabling you to be promoted 4 times in your first 12 months!

Teaching Personnel are a specialist Education Recruitment Agency and work solely within this market, providing a market leading service to candidates and schools throughout England and Wales. In 2018, we provided supply and permanent staff to over 3000 schools and this number will rise in 2019, the perfect time to join a unique company who are constantly growing and expanding. The successful applicant joining Teaching Personnel Northampton will be given unrivalled support and take part in our TP-Grow training programme, this was created internally by our Leadership and Development team. The role requires you to advertise for and recruit suitable candidates to work within your client schools, we have 2 vacancies in Northampton for Secondary and Special Educational Needs. This is a permanent position and we are keen to hire straight away, conducting interviews at your earliest availability in Northampton city centre.
