Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant role

Teaching Personnel are the leading education recruitment agency in the UK with a large well established office based in Cardiff working with schools across South and West Wales.

We are looking for two education recruitment consultants to join our Secondary team due to expansion. The branch is 60% in growth and we want to invest in new heads to help the branch grow further and enable the team to business develop.

Key job responsibilities include:

- Resourcing and CV searching for potential candidates

- Personally meeting and interviewing candidates

- Writing effective marketing and making sales calls to client schools

- Business developing and attracting new clients

- Meeting schools regularly to assess and review their staffing needs

- Ensuring all of the client booking needs are met

The role requires a lot of energy, passion and enthusiasm for making a difference and providing a good service to all clients and candidates.
