Trainee Cover Supervisor – Bramhall – September Start

A well-regarded secondary school in Bramhall is offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Cover Supervisor to join their team from September 2025. This full-time role is perfect for graduates or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to develop their skills in a supportive school environment.

As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising lessons across a range of subjects during teacher absences. You’ll deliver pre-prepared materials, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain focused and engaged. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great stepping stone for anyone considering a future in teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences

  • Deliver lesson content set by the class teacher

  • Manage classroom behaviour and uphold school expectations

  • Offer support and guidance to students as needed

  • Build confidence in delivering learning across multiple subjects

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
