Textiles Teacher - Maternity Leave - September

Person Specification for Textiles Teacher...
This role requires a dynamic and secure Textiles Teacher who has a passion for Textiles and is happy to fill the gaps in their timetable with other DT disciplines, likely Food Tech. The ideal candidate will have to deliver a consistent level of high quality lessons that captivate and inspire their class. The school wants to see teachers who have a good understanding of the educational and psychological tools used to combat and prevent bad behaviour in the classroom.

About the Textiles Teacher role...
As a Textiles Teacher you will be moving into an especially goal-oriented DT Department and you will be teaching up to GCSE Textiles. The department combines these goals with a creative approach, as you have to with the subject. There is an excellent support network in place that enables you to be creative and develop talented pupils in the creative subjects.
