Teaching Personnel

Job description

Teaching Personnel are working with a Specialist SEN School in the NG8 area of Nottinghamshire, who are currently looking for teaching assistants who are available after October half-term and have experience supporting students who present with challenging behaviour.

The school offers support to both students of primary and secondary ages and who present with a variety of SEN needs including SEMH, Autism, ADHD and Challenging Behaviour.

Teaching Assistants are required to have the following:

  • At least one years’ experience working in a school setting
  • Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • Experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs
  • Flexible to work in a variety of classes, where the school require targeted support
  • Ideally experience working one to one with students
