Teaching Personnel are currently looking for support staff and teaching assistants to work within our client schools across Greater Manchester in their special educational needs departments working on a one to one and small group basis for their students who have moderate learning difficulties.

If you are a current teaching assistant looking to work in a new environment or are currently considering a career change from a youth work or health and social care background we welcome your application. We are receiving requests for Teaching assistant posts that are both full time, part time, temporary and permanent so can cater to your individual need.

The role of a teaching assistant is highly rewarding as you can directly impact on a students learning experience and fulfilment within school. We currently have requests for teaching assistants to support students with social emotional mental health, autism, dyslexia, ADHD in addition to other moderate learning difficulties.

To be eligible for this job role you will ideally have some form of support/youth work experience, a personable nature and flexible attitude to meet the demands of the role. We will need to obtain suitable references, eligibility for a fully enhanced DBS certificate and demonstrate a clear understanding of the role of a teaching assistant.
