Teaching Personnel work alongside schools to support their staffing and shortage gaps. This includes short term, long term and permanent positions. Our primary department also work alongside mainstream schools that have children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

We are currently recruiting teaching assistants who have the ability to working with children who have a special educational need or disability. Your role will be assisting the teacher and possibly another teaching assistant in a classroom of no more than 30 children.
The ideal candidate will be interested in providing care and support for learners who require more attention than other children of the same age and stage of development. If you are successful you will have a calm and approachable personality and have the ability to deal with challenging behaviour if it may arise.
