We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants with excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to deal with complex issues within a Primary School in the Dorset area.

Based within Primary schools, as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for supporting students ranging from Early Years through to Year 6 (Upper KS2) that have a range of complex needs including Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and complex behavioural difficulties.

Therefore previous experience working in a similar environment is important but not necessary. The right attitude, the right work ethic, empathy and initiative trumps experience every time - so don't undersell yourself, you can do it!
