Teaching Assistant, Liverpool

Teaching Personnel are based in Liverpool and have been approached by a school in the North Liverpool area. The school are looking for a Behaviour Buddy to work full time with them. The school cater for secondary aged pupils that require targeted support.

The role is full time from as soon as you are available, as the school know this importance or securing the right staff for a role.

You would be a role model to the young people that attend the school and actively help to integrate them with activities. You do not need to have specific experience in the area of SEMH difficulties however the following attributes would be invaluable:

- Graduate - Previous career in youth or support work - Sports coach - Instructor - Bubbly/passionate and approachable

Teaching Personnel is commited to the safeguarding of chilren. All candidate will be required to complete a Child Workforce DBS Check and register with the DBS Update Service prior to starting work.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
