Level 2 Teaching Assistant needed for high EAL school trust in Oldham area.
We are currently working with an inclusive, overall Ofsted rated 'Good' school group in the Oldham area who are looking for minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The school hopes to recruit a Teaching Assistant who is qualified and experienced up to level 2 due to the high EAL percentage, alongside other needs such as Autism and behaviour. Teaching Assistants must be knowledgeable and prepared to best support these students who require attentiveness and care in their support network!
The trust is committed to providing high standards of high quality education and expects staff to be confident in their delivery of support in learning, whilst creating an environment that is caring and inclusive for all. A Teaching Assistant must fit this ethos!
This opportunity is available on a fixed term basis in the new year as the school requires additional staff until the end of the school year. Any candidates who successfully completes the Spring and Summer terms and show the direct impact of their support will be invited to apply for permanent opportunities at the school.
This centrally based school trust is easily accessible by both single tram and bus links from the city centre, and is nearby to Chadderton, Royton and Moorside.
