Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting students with a range of special educational needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide tailored support, ensuring each student can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.

Support students in both classroom settings and during extracurricular activities.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver targeted interventions.

Monitor and report on student progress to relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
-
Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is desirable.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
