Teaching Assistant

Job description

Teaching Assistants provide additional class support to schools to help raise the levels of attainment. You will need to have excellent behaviour management and an ability to engage students to remain on task with their learning. Teaching Personnel have client schools throughout County Durham and are currently looking for Teaching Assistants in the Durham City area.

If you have recent experience of working in an educational or youth setting we welcome your application. If you have recently graduated from university or currently considering a career in teaching, then teaching assistant work is the perfect opportunity to gain first hand experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
