Our client school in Salford are seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their learning support department in the new academic year, supporting pupils across KS3 and GCSE.

  • Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistants required.
  • Multiple positions available across a range of subjects including Maths, English, Science. Humanities and Psychology.
  • Required from September 2024
  • Competitive rates of pay for graduates.

Main roles and responsibilities:

  • Support pupils who require additional support due to additional learning needs.
  • Work alongside other TA’s and senior leaders.
  • Receive support and training to build further experience working within education.
  • Support pupils within your subject specialism with focused interventions.
  • Monitor pupils’ progress, reporting these back to senior members of staff.

Our client secondary school is located within Salford with access from surrounding areas via the M62, A580, M66 and A56. For candidates who do not drive, the school can be accessed by a number of public transport links from surrounding areas of Greater Manchester.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
