Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in the Romsey area to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2, depending on experience and school need

• Working 1:1 with children who require additional support or assisting in small groups

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

• Helping to create a positive and stimulating learning environment

Requirements:

• A patient, caring and proactive approach to working with children

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (paid or voluntary)

• A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
