Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Primary School Teaching Assistants to work in a range of primary schools across Gosport from September 2025. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your availability and experience.

About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in their learning under the guidance of the class teacher. This may include working one-to-one or with small groups, helping with class activities, and supporting a positive learning environment.

Who we’re looking for:
We welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills, even if you haven’t worked in a school before. Experience in childcare, youth work, coaching, care work, or similar fields is highly valued. Ideal candidates will be:

• Supporting pupils in their day-to-day learning
