Primary School Teaching Assistant – Farnborough
Location: Farnborough
Pay: £13.75 per hour, paid weekly
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time and part-time roles available (term-time only)

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Primary School Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary schools across Farnborough, starting from September 2025. We are offering both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your availability and experience.
About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in the classroom, helping them engage with their learning and make progress. Your role may include working one-to-one, with small groups, or supporting the whole class alongside the teacher.
Who we’re looking for:
No prior school experience is required. We welcome candidates with transferable skills from areas such as youth work, childcare, care work, or coaching. You should be:

Passionate about supporting children’s education and wellbeing
Key responsibilities:

Supporting pupils during lessons

Assisting the teacher with classroom management

Providing help to children with additional learning needs

Encouraging a safe and inclusive learning environment
What Teaching Personnel offers:
