Have you always wanted to work as a Teaching Assistant in a School but have never had the opportunity? Or have previously had work experience in a School and are now looking for a full or part-time role?
IF YES, then please read on as I am currently recruiting and appointing Teaching Assistant's in various Cambridgeshire based Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Secondary schools.
Essentials:
- A desire and passion to ensure pupils have access to the best education
- A desire and passion to ensure pupils with SEN have the life skills to gain the best for their future
- A passion for supporting pupils with SEN
- You're own transport or a reliable lift - The School cannot be accessed via public transport
The Role:
- Full or part-time
- Always available, at least two days per week 08:30 - 15:30
- Supporting pupils with SEN - this can vary from a more care based position to supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
What We Offer:
- Excellent rates of pay paid through PAYE
- We do NOT charge for our service to our employees/candidates
- Teaching Assistant self-driven training (non-certified)
- De-escalation training - Team Teach (certified and the most widely used training in Europe to support SEN)
- Full or part-time positions, short-term, long-term with the opportunity of gaining a permanent contract
