Salary: £85 – £95 per day

Teaching Personnel is working with a fantastic primary school in Bridport, looking to appoint multiple Teaching Assistants for the new academic year. This is a great opportunity for those with a passion for education, whether you're an experienced TA or looking to gain valuable school-based experience.

Role Overview:

• Support pupils across the primary age range, including those with additional needs.
• Provide 1:1 or small group interventions as directed by the class teacher or SENCo.
• Assist with lesson delivery, classroom organisation, and behaviour management.
• Work closely with teaching staff and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience working with children (in school or other settings) is highly desirable.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
• Able to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with pupils.
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
