Location: Weymouth, Dorset
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Supply
Pay: £85–£95 per day (including holiday pay)
Experience: Not essential – just bring enthusiasm and a willingness to support!

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to support EYFS, KS1, and KS2 pupils across Weymouth primary schools.

Whether you're looking for:

• A long-term position in one setting,
• A short-term placement,
• Or flexible daily supply work – we can match you with the right school!

The Role:

You may be:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting children with SEN, EAL, or emotional/behavioural needs
• Helping with literacy, numeracy, or play-based learning
• Collaborating with class teachers and wider school staff

What We're Looking For:

• Someone patient, nurturing, and reliable
• Previous experience in education or care (preferred but not essential)
• A DBS on the update service (or willing to apply through us)
• A passion for helping children thrive!
