Are you passionate about education and eager to support young learners in reaching their full potential? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Weymouth area.

About the Role:

• Position: Teaching Assistant (full-time & part-time available)
• Location: Weymouth and surrounding areas
• Start Date: Immediate and September 2025 starts available
• Salary: £85 – £95 per day (depending on experience and role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual and small groups of pupils across a variety of subjects
• Assist the class teacher in creating an engaging learning environment
• Deliver targeted interventions to pupils with SEND or learning gaps
• Provide 1:1 support where required
• Contribute to pupils’ personal and academic development

✅ We’re looking for:

• Individuals with experience working with children (school, tutoring, youth work or similar)
• Enthusiastic, proactive and reliable team players
• A valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
• Flexibility to work in different school settings
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
