Do you have a passion for supporting young learners and making a real difference in the classroom? Teaching Personnel is recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Bridport, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we have roles that match your skills and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to pupils and teachers
• Assist in delivering lessons and small-group interventions
• Support children with additional needs (SEN) where required
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Help with classroom organisation and daily routines

✅ About You:

• Experience working with children (school, nursery, care, or youth work welcome)
• Confident supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs
• A positive, proactive attitude and good communication skills
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable, not essential)
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
