Location: Dorchester, Dorset
Start: Immediate or September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Part-time, or Flexible Daily Supply
Pay: £84 – £95 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)

Teaching Personnel are working with several fantastic schools across Dorchester to recruit Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and SEN settings.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting with classroom routines, phonics, reading, maths and play-based learning
• Helping children with additional needs, including SEN and EHCPs
• Working closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment

Ideal candidates:

✅ Friendly, patient, and passionate about education
✅ Experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, care or similar)
✅ Comfortable supporting pupils with additional needs (desirable)
✅ DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
