Are you passionate about helping children thrive in their learning? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools in Dorchester.

Whether you're an experienced TA or looking to start your journey in education, we have flexible opportunities available to suit your skills and availability.

Role Overview:

• Support teachers with delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work 1:1 or with small groups to support pupil learning and development
• Provide assistance to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where needed
• Help maintain a positive and organised classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff

✔️ You’ll Need:

• Experience working with children (school, childcare, SEN, youth work, or similar)
• A calm, friendly, and proactive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Level 2/3 TA qualification is a bonus but not essential
• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
