Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a high school in North of Manchester for an English Teaching Assistant starting September.

  • September 2018 full time position
  • You will be working across the year doing intervention work with low ability pupils and general support
  • Providing one to one support in small groups with pupils.
  • Some pupils are below expected levels and need a push to focus and progress.
  • Working with learners aged 11-16
  • Manchester M40

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career whilst you help shape and develop our provision to achieve this. As well as delivering and developing. You will work with colleagues to support students with transitions, classroom learning and behaviour management.

The role will start in September 2018 and will continue to till the end of the academic year

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
