Teacher required in Behavioural Unit

Are you a Teacher who has experience working with pupils who display challenging behaviours?

Teaching Personnel work closely with a School based between Chorley and Preston who are seeking a Teacher for the spring term as a minimum. You will be expected to deliver a range of subjects, however, there is likely to be a focus on English. The School is smaller than average, the pupils in School are aged between 11-16 years old and they often display challenging behaviours, have SEMH difficulties or/and Autism.

The School are seeking a candidate to start in January for a minimum of 3 months, however, it is likely that the role will continue for the rest of the academic year with the view to make the candidate a permanent member of staff at Christmas. The role will be full time, the hours are 8.30 - 4.15 monday to friday and you will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver innovative lessons.

The candidate must be a qualified Teacher - NQT's are welcome to apply and you must have strong classroom management skills and this is a behavioural unit.

* negotiable pay rates £90 - 130 per day
