The Head teacher of a 'Good' Catholic High school in Chorley is looking to appoint a Teacher of Maths to start in September 2019 to cover a Maternity leave. Behaviour across the school is exemplary and the level of respect shown amongst students and staff is second to none. There are modern facilities throughout the school and it is ideally located with close by transport links and on site parking.

The Maths Department is made up of 7 strong Teachers, including Head of Department, who follow the AQA Exam Syllabus. It is essential you have experience with the AQA Specification. Maths lessons are taught in a suite of 6 classrooms with excellent and high spec resources. The school have an annual subscription to MyMaths, Maths Watch and Just Maths websites, as well as update schemes of work.

NOTE:

You must hold QTS (or be working towards) and hold an honours degree in Maths or a Maths related subject.
