Competitive Pay: £55-70 per day (Dependant on Experience)

Flexible working hours as preferred (2-5 Days per Week)

Teaching Personnel are looking for a number of Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools within the Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea area. If you're looking to start a career in education but do not have the relevant qualifications or experience, this is a perfect opportunity for you to kick-start your career. We are looking for candidates who can support teachers throughout EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2) and can work 2-5 days per week. Joining teaching Personnel has the following benefits:

To be a successful Teaching Assistant you will need to:

  • Show an interest in helping the children in their care develop
  • Have a DBS on the update service or ready to apply for one the near future
  • Can communicating effectively
  • Able to assist with delivering engaging, effective and stimulating lessons
  • Have some previous experience of working or mentoring children between 4-11

Extra consideration will be made for candidates with:

  • Looking to develop a career within teaching which we can assist with along the way
  • Experience working with SEN or behaviour management
  • Able to offer extra curricular activity for example sport/music/mentoring etc
