Teaching Personnel are looking for qualified secondary school teachers with QTS to register with us, with a view to working as cover teachers and picking up regular supply work. Teaching Personnel are the chosen supplier of teachers across the South Lincolnshire area, and our Lincoln Secondary branch is receiving a high volume of calls.

Working as a supply teacher when registered with Teaching Personnel, you can expect:

  • A flexible working schedule that suits your needs
  • Part time or full time work
  • Negotiable daily pay rates (up to £140 per day dependant on experience and length of cover)
  • PAYE - paid directly (no umbrella companies)

This role will suit a range of candidates; from newly qualified teachers looking for introductory roles, to experienced teachers looking for the flexibility that supply work provides.
