Supply Teacher

We are currently working on behalf of the secondary schools in the Surrey area and we are looking for Supply Teachers/Cover Staff for the Summer term. We work with schools in Guildford, Woking, Camberley, Leatherhead, Aldershot and Farnham.
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across different subjects and age groups
- Follow the school's policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure all students are actively participating in the learning process
- Provide feedback to students on their progress and support their academic development
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to meet the educational needs of students
Required Qualifications:
- PGCE
- Qualified Teacher Status - QTS
- Masters Degree
- PHD
Experience:
Previous experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting is desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Adaptable and able to work in different school environments
- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations effectively
- Quick thinking and able to make decisions under pressure
Working Conditions:
Work in various secondary schools in the Surrey area, potentially in different locations on a daily basis. Full-time hours during the Summer term on a temporary basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
