Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit Subject Specialist Teachers across a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, IT, and PSHE in secondary schools across Sheffield. About the Role

As a Subject Specialist Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in your subject area across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience welcome).
• Use assessment effectively to monitor pupil progress and support learners of all abilities.
• Create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and achievement.
• Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum development, and school initiatives.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and academic progress.

About You

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS or QTLS (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).
• Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
• Can deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Are committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
• Are proactive, reflective, and enthusiastic about contributing to departmental and school success.
