About the Role
As an English Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and inspiring English Language and Literature lessons at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum
-
Support students in developing their reading, writing, and analytical skills
-
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
-
Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
The Ideal Candidate Will:
-
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs welcome to apply)
-
Have experience teaching English in a secondary school setting
-
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
-
Be passionate about English and student achievement
-
Be reliable, adaptable, and professional

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
