Job description

Teaching Personnel, the UK’s leading education recruitment agency, is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teachers to work in secondary schools across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking for flexible work or long-term positions.

About the Role

As an MFL Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in languages such as French, Spanish, or German at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

  • Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum requirements

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student progress

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

  • Inspire students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for languages

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (or are an ECT)

  • Have experience teaching MFL in a secondary school setting

  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills

  • Are enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable

  • Have a genuine passion for teaching and student development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
