Student Support Assistant (Wellbeing)

Job description

We are looking for someone to support vulnerable students (ages 11-16) and work alongside the school SENCO and Inclusion Manager. You will provide a range of support interventions and activities to students in order to improve their lives. We are a mixed academy based in Worthing with excellent modern facilities and good transport links.

The ideal applicant will have experience in childcare, education, social care or health. A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) would be beneficial. Those with experience in working in the community, counselling skills or similar would also be suitable for this post.
