Recently completed your degree and wondering what to do next? Want to start gaining experience supporting in schools?
Teaching Personnel are recruiting people to support in Pupil Referral Units (PRU) as Teaching Assistants in Sheffield. If you have a background in Sports coaching then this would be the perfect role for you.
These students are struggling in mainstream schools and are at the PRUs if they are on the brink of exclusion. The aim is to maximise achievement by re-engaging them in learning and raising their aspirations through a personalised, broad and balanced curriculum.
These young people would strive from the support of someone who can coach them through their learning in ways that are engaging for them. You must have good behaviour management skills and the personality to connect with your students.
This is a great opportunity to enhance your experience in alternative settings whilst having your own Specialist Recruitment Consultant to guide you through each step of your journey.
