Teaching Personnel is actively seeking sport and P.E. graduates to work with SEN pupils in local primary schools in the Sefton area. Teaching Personnel and its partner schools recognise the incredible difference that sport and physical activity can make in a vulnerable young person’s life. The bonds and relationships that form between coaches/ instructors on their pupils is one of the strongest seen in schools due to the mutual respect and direction towards a common goal.

This relationship is priceless for those pupils with low self-esteem, behavioural difficulties and disrupted family lives. Your role within the school may take the form of a coach/PE instructor but may also involve supporting young people in the classroom and wider school life in order to reach their maximum potential. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is:

  • An energetic personality

  • Adaptable and flexible to tasks

  • A firm but fair practitioner

What you can expect from Teaching Personnel

  • GBP285 - GBP350 per week, weekly pay

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
